Dr. Sashi Nallapati obtained his dental degree from the Govt. Dental College and Hospital, Hyderabad, India. Dr. Nallapati practiced general dentistry in Ocho Rios, Jamaica from 1996 through 2004. During that time his practice was focused in Endodontics. His practice was the first to use Surgical Operating Microscope in Dentistry in Jamaica in 2001.
Dr. Nallapati completed his post graduate training in the specialty of Endodontics from Nova Southeastern University (NSU), Davie, Florida, USA in 2006 where he received the Dean’s award for the outstanding presentation by a resident. After his graduation, he chose to come back to Jamaica and set up a quality centered endodontic practice in Kingston, Jamaica.
Originally from Jamaica, Dr. Jhenelle Black graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of the West Indies before moving to the United Kingdom to pursue specialist training in endodontics. She completed a Master’s of Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in Endodontics at Cardiff University and was subsequently awarded the Fellowship in Endodontics (FEndo) by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Carol Clark is a dedicated Dental Assistant with 24 years of experience and has been a valued member of the Caribbean Institute of Endodontics since 2015. She is committed to ensuring patients receive exceptional care while supporting the clinical team with professionalism. Outside of work, Carol is a devoted Christian who enjoys reading her Bible and spending time in prayer.
Senior Dental Assistant, was born in the garden Parish of St. Ann in a little community called Alexandria. She studied at the Brown’s Town Community College and Manchester Academy of Science and Technology in Mandeville. She has a passion for dentistry and has been a chair side dental assistant for over fourteen years. Judene joined Caribbean Institute of Endodontics team in 2012, where she received extended training in 4-hand dentistry and microendodontics. She is friendly and warm to everyone she meets. One of her philosophy is “Always climb, it is possible for you to do whatever you choose, if you first get to know who you are and is willing to work with a power that is greater than yourself.” Judene is a Christian and enjoys giving God the glory and spending time with her son. Her hobbies are singing, reading, working with church groups, community oriented activities, and watching movies with her family.
Alia Wisdom has been a Dental Assistant at the Caribbean Institute of Endodontics since 2024. She values teamwork and is committed to continuously developing her knowledge and skills in the dental field. Outside of work, Alia enjoys learning new things and embracing opportunities for personal growth.
Natasha Stephens is a Dental Assistant with over 22 years of experience, having joined the Caribbean Institute of Endodontics in 2001. Originally from St. Mary, she is recognized for her professionalism, compassionate patient care, and friendly, approachable manner. Outside of work, she enjoys singing and dancing, bringing the same warmth and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her career.
Office Manager, has worked with several organizations which has undoubtedly given her the requisite interpersonal skills and customer service experience that is necessary for an organization such as this. Her vibrant, warm and pleasant personality will definitely put you at ease as you enter our office. She enjoys reading and travelling.
Office Assistant, is from Waterford District in St. Catherine. She attended Papine Secondary High School and subsequently joined Caribbean Institute of Endodontics Ltd. She loves to sing and listen to music. She also enjoys reading.
