From our first contact through my husband’s complicated procedure (root canal) everyone we encountered was likable, engaging and highly caring and professional. He told me that the wonderful dentist Dr. Nallapati who performed the procedure, continuously spoke to him and explained what he was doing. This reassured my 89-year-old husband tremendously.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was referred to Dr Nallapati 10 years ago after my tooth broke while eating lunch, which unbeknownst to me included a stone.  A root canal was required and my dentist at the time Dr Hunter (now retired) recommended Dr Nallapati. Dr Nallapati is the consummate professional, kind and gentle with a calming demeanor. Since doing the root canal procedure in 2015, they have completed 3 post op assessment; 1 year, 5 year and at 10 years. All remains well. The ambiance for the office is soothing and all staff I've interacted with to date have been professional and warm. Jackie at front desk continues to be a gem. Parking is adequate if you attend early appointments, however gets challenging for those scheduled later in the day. The office is located on the 3rd floor of the Winchester Business Suites building and is accessible via stairs or elevator. Definitely recommend them!
